About SimpleICI
SimpleICI is a Quebec service that helps you compare grocery flyers, track nearby deals, and plan shopping and meals without spending your whole evening on it.
Our mission
Grocery shopping in Quebec is fragmented: every banner publishes its own flyer, format, and sale window. Our mission is to bring that information together so you can quickly decide where to shop based on your budget and what you actually need.
We also want to inspire simple, realistic meals—not magazine recipes priced out of reach—using the week’s promotions and your food preferences.
Who it’s for
SimpleICI is for Quebec households who want to save time and money on groceries: families, roommates, singles, or anyone already comparing IGA, Metro, Maxi, Super C and other banners—but tired of doing it by hand.
The site is bilingual (French and English) and built first for Quebec, with local retailers and shopping habits in mind.
What you’ll find
Digital flyers and indexed deals, product search across retailers, grocery lists, public how-to guides, and—for signed-in accounts—meal planning and assisted list tools.
Displayed prices mainly reflect flyer promotions. They can differ in store; we prefer transparency over unrealistic promises.
Who’s behind it
SimpleICI is built and operated by Renaud Cardinal. It’s an independent project, not a grocery-chain subsidiary: we have no incentive to favour one retailer over another when comparing prices.
