By using SimpleICI (simpleici.ca), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

SimpleICI is an information platform for grocery flyers and prices for consumers in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada. Displayed prices come from third-party sources (flyers, retailers) and may contain errors, delays, or not reflect in-store availability.

The service is provided “as is” without guarantee of absolute price accuracy or in-store availability. Always verify in store before purchasing.

We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Artificial intelligence

Recipe and grocery list suggestions are automatically generated from your preferences. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute nutritional, medical, or dietary advice.

Verify ingredients, allergens, and prices before any purchase. SimpleICI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Intellectual property

The SimpleICI logo, brand, and editorial content belong to us or are licensed.

Flyers and product images belong to their respective retailers.

Limitation of liability

SimpleICI is not liable for purchase decisions based on displayed prices, promotions, or content, or for third-party site content (retailers, flyer viewers, etc.).

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to Premium fees paid in the last 12 months, if any, without prejudice to consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
